My great friends Yvonne and Ronnie Billows introduced me to the Affenpinscher three years ago. I was smitten, and discussed with them the possibility of having one of my own.
Finally in September 2008 PETE came to join us, and what a joy he is.
Bred in the pink, Pete is by Ch Am Ch Uncle Urkle at Cransbere JW, and his mother is the delightful Wildax Halle Berry at Robil.
More than that however Pete is a happy, confident, plucky, bold little dog who is at ease wherever he goes, and is loved by whoever meets him.
He is fast becoming one of the characters of Eymet.
He has found his place with the springers, and that is, naturally, at the top of the tree. They all love him and put up with whatever mischief he hands out, and there is a lot of that. He joins in all the goings on, and is fast becoming a really talented gundog!
We shall introduce Pete to the European Dog Show scene when he is a little older, but meanwhile we are just really enjoying our little "Peluche".
.....and he has slotted right in with the springers..
